Lead .NET Developer – 10–15 YearsLocation: New Jersey – Remote Experience: 10–15 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Work Arrangement: Remote with occasional onsite requirements in New Jersey Work Authorization: Candidates who do not require sponsorship now or in the futureJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Lead .NET Developer with 10–15 years of experience in designing, developing, and leading enterprise applications using the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development skills along with technical leadership and architecture experience.Required Skills10–15 years of professional software development experience.Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+ / .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.Strong experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and distributed applications.Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework/EF Core, and database design.Strong knowledge of Azure and cloud-based application development.Experience with Angular, React, or other modern frontend technologies.Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies.Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes and containerized applications.Strong understanding of SOLID principles, Design Patterns, OOP, and software architecture.Experience with code reviews, mentoring developers, and providing technical leadership.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of scalable enterprise applications.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.Participate in architecture and technology decisions.Review code and enforce development best practices.Troubleshoot complex application and production issues.Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.Support deployment, CI/CD, automation, and application modernization initiatives.Additional RequirementsMust be comfortable working remotely with occasional onsite visits in New Jersey, as required by the client.Strong communication and collaboration skills are required.Experience in healthcare, financial services, insurance, or retail is a plus.No visa sponsorship available.
