JavaScript Developer

Role Overview Apply advanced JavaScript expertise to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world technical input. You will build sophisticated frontend solutions while helping shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform. Prior AI experience is not required. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize robust frontend solutions using advanced JavaScript techniques. Translate business requirements into intuitive digital interfaces in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Lead frontend architectural decisions and mentor junior developers while upholding code-quality standards. Implement modern frontend frameworks and libraries to create scalable, maintainable applications. Conduct code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and advocate for clean, efficient code. Diagnose complex issues and resolve performance bottlenecks proactively. Introduce relevant technologies and approaches that improve development workflows. Qualifications Extensive experience building sophisticated web applications with JavaScript. Expertise with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular, plus state-management tools. Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-documented code. Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative working style. Demonstrated experience guiding frontend architecture and development initiatives. Strong knowledge of responsive design and web-performance optimization. Experience working effectively on remote, distributed teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience mentoring or coaching developers. Experience building accessible, internationalized web interfaces. Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and version-control systems. Work Terms Remote, independent-contractor engagement. Compensation $30 to $90 per hour.
