Facility Coordinator

Overview Coordinates all facilities for particular buildings and departments to ensure that the office is up and running smoothly for business. Provides administrative support. Resolves facilities issues for all building systems and equipment by determining and coordinating the best solution. ResponsibilitiesPerform conference set-ups including audio visual equipmentResolve facilities issues for all building systems and equipment by determining the best solutionPerform first line repair and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and structural componentsCoordinate with vendors to provide preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, fire systems and generatorsAssist with coordination of maintenance request with the building personnelPerform personnel file shiftsPerform all light maintenance request to include: furniture relocation, picture hanging and minor furniture repair QualificationsHigh School Diploma or comparable work experienceMust possess a minimum of one year facilities maintenance experienceComputer skills-Microsoft Outlook, Excel, WordMust possess a strong sense of urgencyMust be able to work independently as well as in a team environmentExcellent communication, organizational and follow up skillsMust be able to multi-taskPHYSICAL DEMANDS Required to move or lift light objects (up to 50 pounds) What We Offer: Competitive pay & benefits!
