About the jobPvolve Trainer – Northwest, Portland, ORPvolve is a resistance-based, high-intensity, low-impact fitness method designed to strengthen, sculpt, and energize the entire body. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for dynamic, passionate trainers to join our expanding Portland, OR team.With headquarters and flagship studios in New York City, Chicago, and Los Angeles, Pvolve trainers are leaders in delivering a premium, results-driven class experience rooted in intelligent movement and client connection.We’re seeking positive, professional, and team-oriented individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited to grow with an innovative fitness brand.This role begins as a substitute trainer with the opportunity to build a consistent class schedule.What You’ll DoTeach minimum 3-5 classes weekly as schedule buildsBe available to work M-F early AM, Midday, PM and at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)Deliver a best-in-class group fitness experience through: Hands-on correctionsStrong musicality and vocal coaching Clear sequencing and alignment cuesMotivational and inspiring class leadershipServe as a role model for the Pvolve method and brand standards, including:Client connectionMovement precisionMusic and energyProfessional presence in and out of the studio (including social media)Support trainer team development by:Taking classes regularlyIn addition, applicant must:Complete ongoing training modules and education assigned by corporatePartner with studio operations to support studio performance, utilization, and client conversion goalsPursue continued education to maintain and advance professional certifications and movement expertiseWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of group fitness teaching experience with a strong performance recordCurrent nationally recognized training certification preferred (NASM, ACE, AFAA strongly encouraged)Proven experience leading large group classes while maintaining high coaching standardsDeep understanding of anatomy, alignment, safe movement, and exercise physiologyStrong ability to manage time, stay organized, and maintain professionalismNatural leader who embodies Pvolves’ core values and contributes positively to team cultureBachelor’s degree in an exercise-related field is a plusIf you’re passionate about smart movement, love coaching people to feel strong and empowered, and want to grow with a forward-thinking fitness brand, we’d love to meet you!
