Apprentice Cheesemaker

Capriole Goat Cheese is an artisan cheese company located on a family-farm in Greenville, IN. We are looking for the right person to become part of our team of hardworking individuals with a shared passion of cheese craftsmanship. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: -Cleaning and sanitizing equipment. -Packaging cheese for sale. -Learning the procedures to make each cheese. -Helping to care for cheeses in all of our aging rooms. -Record-keeping of all cheese production. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Must have received the COVID-19 Vaccine. Must be able to lift up to 30 - 50 lbs. Some culinary or food production experience is helpful, but not required.
