We focus on creating a world class training experience for the players that trust us with their development by building meaningful relationships and utilizing tech and data at a professional level.Role Overview: The Sales Associate is responsible for engaging prospective members through sales tours, consultations, and proactive communication via phone, text, and email. This role tracks sales activities, builds lasting relationships with potential members, and supports the implementation of effective sales strategies. Strong communication, persuasive selling skills, and proficiency with CRM systems are essential to drive membership conversion and enhance the overall customer experience in a dynamic, high-energy training environment.
