Here, your voice matters, your work is appreciated, and your presence makes an impact.Responsibilities:Administer medications accurately and in accordance with state regulations and company protocolsDocument medication administration and communicate any concerns or changes to the community directorProvide daily care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, and mobilityAssist with meal service and hydration, ensuring residents' dietary needs are metPerform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to help maintain a clean, comfortable living environmentBuild strong, trusting relationships with residents and familiesParticipate in care team meetings and contribute to personalized care plansSupport a clean, safe, and engaging environment for all residentsRespond to resident needs promptly and with empathyLead or assist with engaging activities and social interactions to promote resident well-being and cognitive stimulationWilling and able to lift over 75 pounds for tasks such as transferring residentsUphold Fox Trail's values of respect, compassion, and person-centered careExperience & Qualifications:Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification for the state of New Jersey requiredCertified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) preferredPrevious experience in memory care, assisted living, or senior care preferred (but not required)Basic knowledge of medication administration procedures and documentationMust be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.Must be able to lift 25 pounds and assist in transfersRequired Skills:Genuine compassion and patience for individuals living with Alzheimer's and dementiaExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and strong organizational abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a care teamFlexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitudeCommitment to resident safety, dignity, and well-beingThis position is available for Full Time/Part Time/Per Diem/ALL Shifts
