Associate Sales Representative

Territory: Downtown Los Angeles / San Fernando ValleyCoast Surgical is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Associate Sales Representative (ASR) to support surgeons, collaborate with medical teams, and help bring innovative technology to patients across an assigned territory. This role offers structured training, hands-on mentorship, and a supportive environment where your growth and confidence are priorities.Duties and ResponsibilitiesGrow and manage your territory by developing strong, trust-based relationships with surgeons, administrators, and dealer partners.Present product overviews, training sessions, and tailored business plans that support customer needs.Attend surgeries, trade shows, and team training events.Use CRM tools to track opportunities and support strategic planning.Participate in structured onboarding, continuous development, and collaborative team learning.Ability to lift 35 lbs for equipment or event materials.RequirementsValid driver's license with acceptable driving record.Comfortable in surgical/operating room settings.Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.Complete hospital credentialing, including vaccination requirements.PreferredB.A. or B.S., ideally in Health Science, Biology, or a related field.Outside B2B sales experience.Distribution experience.Travel/LocationLocal travel: approximately 95%.Business expenses reimbursed.Eligible for incentives and promotional opportunities.Compensation and BenefitsTotal estimated compensation: ~$140,000 (base + commission).Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.401(k) with company match.Structured training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement.High-performing ASRs may be considered for promotion to Territory Manager after 90 days.Supportive, inclusive company culture with strong teamwork.Why Join Coast Surgical?Coast Surgical is a veteran-owned, trusted leader in ENT, Neurosurgery, and Spine.
