With a focus on fostering inclusivity, the organization aims to bridge gaps and build a more equitable business community.Role DescriptionMid-States MSDC is hiring a Program Manager – Business Services & Corporate Investment.This is not a traditional program management role. We are seeking a relationship-driven leader who can help build the next phase of Mid-States MSDC through:• Corporate partnership development• Revenue-generating programming• Supplier engagement and certification growth• Sponsorship development• Business development and fundraising supportThis role will lead and grow strategic initiatives including:✔ A100 / A100+ Programs✔ A200 Expansion Initiative✔ Supply Chain Gap Intelligence Exchange (SCGIE)✔ Corporate engagement and sponsorship activation✔ Revenue-generating supplier development initiativesThe ideal candidate understands how to:• Turn programs into sustainable revenue engines• Build relationships with corporations and entrepreneurs• Connect supplier development to real business opportunities• Drive measurable financial and community impactWe are building a growth-focused organization centered on supplier development, corporate engagement, and economic impact across Indianapolis, Central Illinois, and St. Louis.If you are entrepreneurial, strategic, and passionate about strengthening diverse business capacity and corporate supply chains, we want to hear from you.To apply or express interest, please contact Mid-States MSDC @ mark.gibson@midstatesmsdc.org or send your resume and interest letter directly through LinkedIn.QualificationsProgram Management: Experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring progress, including stakeholder management and outcome evaluation.Business Services: Knowledge of corporate partnerships, vendor diversity initiatives, and investment programs for business development.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create program materials, reports, and presentations.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools or CRM platforms.Analytical Skills: Capability to assess program success through data analysis and implement data-driven improvements as needed.Interpersonal Skills: Ability to foster relationships with corporate members, minority-owned businesses, and community stakeholders.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, Project Management, or a related field preferred. Experience working with diverse communities or diverse businesses is a plus.Flexibility: Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities effectively.Compensation:• Base Contract: $60,000 annual• Performance Incentives: Up to $30,000• Total Compensation Potential: $90,000
