The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of real estate development experience, with 4 years in a management role. Responsibilities include collaborating with design teams, managing budgets, and representing the company at public hearings. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and proficiency in MS Word and Excel are required. This position offers a competitive salary range of $155,000 - $170,000 based on experience.
