Requirements for the Apartment Maintenance Technician:Must have a minimum of one year of related experience or training or an equivalent combination of experience and training. Have basic computer skills (email, web searching, Microsoft Outlook). Ability to use position specific software systems. Driver’s license preferred but not required.
