Business Technology Analyst (Cincinnati)

6-12 month role 100% remote, upon conversion this person must be open to relocating to the Cincinnati OH area to work onsiteBusiness Technology Partner (Business Analyst)Overview:Act as the liaison between fundraising teams and IT, ensuring technology solutions align with business needs and priorities.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the main contact for technology initiatives, enhancements, and system requests.Partner with business leaders to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements.Develop business cases, assessing value, cost, risk, and ROI.Ensure initiatives follow governance, intake, and prioritization processes.Collaborate with IT, vendors, and stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.Track progress, communicate updates, and escalate risks as needed.Document processes and support resolution of recurring system issues.Requirements:5+ years of Business Analyst or business-IT liaison experience in an Agile environment.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience with governance models, business cases, and project intake.Blackbaud CRM experienceExperience with nonprofit fundraising processes.Understanding of SDLC and vendor-managed platforms.Preferred:Experience with fundraising and digital fundraising initiatives.
