Job Title: PLM Scrum MasterJob Location: Westchester, PA (100% On-site)Job Duration: Long termExperience: 10+ YearsJob Description:-· Serve as a PLM Scrum Master, facilitating core Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives · Coach the team on the practical application of SAFe principles in a highly interdependent, delivery-focused environment · Support ART-level ceremonies such as PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, and System Demos · Act as a central coordination point between Product Analysts, Technical Product Owners, Architects, and delivery partners · Partner with Product Analysts and Technical Product Owners to ensure work items are well-defined with clear acceptance criteria · Maintain Jira plans, delivery boards, and execution metrics to ensure transparency and visibility · Leverage Confluence to document delivery plans, assumptions, and key decisions · Manage risks and dependencies related to data quality, system constraints, and migration activities · Enable effective collaboration among globally distributed teams and stakeholders · SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), Certified Scrum Coach (CSC), or equivalent Agile certification · Good understanding and practical application of generative and agentic AI · Experience working with PTC Windchill, including configuration or enhancement work · Familiarity with PLM processes such as Change Control and Lifecycle Management · Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments (e.g., medical devices) · Essential Skill: PLM Scrum MasterEmail : ajitkumar.rai@tekgence.com
