Vice President of Sales - Industrial Services / Engineered Equipment We are working with a growing, private equity-backed industrial services business to appoint a Vice President of Sales to lead revenue growth across a multi-site U.S. operation. This is a hands-on leadership role with full ownership of the sales function, including strategy, execution, pipeline development, and team performance. The focus is on building a more structured and predictable commercial engine, improving forecasting accuracy, and driving profitable growth across both new business and existing accounts. The business operates across engineered services and equipment, supporting customers in process-driven industrial environments. Key responsibilities:Own overall revenue performance, including new business and account growthLead and develop a geographically dispersed sales organisationDrive pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, and conversion ratesStrengthen pricing discipline and margin performanceLead strategic account engagement and support complex deal closurePartner closely with operations and leadership to align commercial and delivery performance Ideal background:Sales leadership experience within industrial services, engineered equipment, or process industriesExperience across both new equipment and aftermarket/service-led business modelsStrong track record of delivering growth in multi-site or multi-region environmentsBackground in flow control, rotating equipment, thermal systems, or adjacent industrial markets preferredExperience operating in a performance-driven or PE-backed environment is advantageousCommercially focused, hands-on leader with strong execution capability
