This role will oversee high-value projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with federal standards.This is an opportunity to work on impactful infrastructure initiatives tied to national security across Texas and Arizona.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day execution of large federal design-build construction projectsDevelop and manage detailed project schedules using MS ProjectOversee budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reportingCoordinate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and federal stakeholdersManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationPerform drawing reviews and markups using BluebeamEnsure compliance with federal regulations, safety standards, and quality controlsSupport estimating and preconstruction efforts using tools such as HeavyBid/HeavyJobDrive projects through all phases from preconstruction to final closeoutRequired Skills5–8+ years of experience as a Construction Project ManagerExperience with a General Contractor or relevant subcontractors (electrical, civil, structural, mechanical, steel, etc.)Experience managing self-perform scopes of workProven experience overseeing projects with budgets exceeding $15MFederal project experience (CBP, USACE, NAVFAC, DoD, DHS, or similar) strongly preferredProficiency with:MS Project (scheduling)BluebeamHeavyBid / HeavyJob (or similar tools)Strong experience with cost control and project financial managementPlussesDesign-Build project experienceAutoCAD proficiencyExperience supporting border, infrastructure, or security-related projects
