In this role, you will support legal operations by preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and analyzing legal matters relevant to real estate and business transactions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and providing sound legal counsel. The position involves drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts while maintaining clear and professional communication with all parties involved.QualificationsStrong foundation in Law and experience or academic exposure to resolving Legal IssuesProficiency in Legal Document Preparation and contract draftingExcellent Analytical Skills to assess legal scenarios and provide effective solutionsExceptional Communication skills to liaise with clients, colleagues, and external partiesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailA bachelor's degree in law or related field; JD preferredFamiliarity with real estate law and regulations is a plusAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
