Job Description – JBPM Architect (Java Business Process Management) Job Title: JBPM Architect – Java Business Process Management (Java BPM) Location: Miami, FL (Onsite) Employment Type: C2C Job Summary We are seeking an experienced JBPM Architect with strong expertise in Java Business Process Management (JBPM) to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade BPM solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in workflow automation, business process orchestration, Java technologies, and enterprise system integrations. Required Experience 10+ years of Software Development experience 5+ years of BPM/Workflow Management experience At least 3+ years of hands‑on experience with JBPM (Mandatory) Required Skills Strong expertise in JBPM 7.x+ , BPMN 2.0, Drools Rule Engine, and KIE Server Strong Java development experience with Java 11+/JDK 17 , Spring Boot, and REST APIs Experience building and integrating Microservices Hands‑on experience with Kafka/JMS and Relational Databases Experience with Docker , Jenkins, Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines Strong understanding of enterprise workflow automation and BPM architecture Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills Key Responsibilities Design and architect end‑to‑end BPM solutions using JBPM Develop scalable and reusable workflow solutions Lead JBPM development and enterprise integrations Define BPM architecture standards, governance, and best practices Integrate BPM solutions with Java applications and enterprise systems Mentor development teams and conduct architecture/code reviews Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and production issues Support deployment and maintenance of BPM applications across environments Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms and containerized deployments Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Work Location: Miami, FL (Onsite) Note: Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Miami, FL. #J-18808-Ljbffr
