We're looking for an experienced professional to ensure our customers achieve maximum value from Exebenus' AI solutions - building lasting partnerships, driving adoption, and demonstrating measurable operational improvements across their drilling operations. Your Impact:As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers' post-implementation, ensuring they realize the full potential of our drilling intelligence solutions. Based in Houston, you will own the customer relationship, drive engagement, and serve as the voice of the customer within Exebenus. Your work will directly influence customer retention, expansion, and long-term success. Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.Manage implementation projects for selected customers, ensuring contract and Service Level Agreement compliance.Educate customers about new features, updates, and best practices to maximize product adoption and value.Track customer usage and engagement metrics to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.Monitor, document, and communicate customer value capture - translating product usage into measurable operational results.Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product development and continuous improvement.Support the VP Sales, Americas in securing contract renewals.Participate in sales support and tender preparation work as needed.Travel to customer sites to support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement. Your Profile:Experience: 5-10 years in oilfield services, with solid exposure to drilling and well operations.Technical Background: Degree in petroleum engineering or a related field. Strong understanding of downhole conditions, drilling challenges, and real-time operational decision-making.Drilling Data Fluency: Experience with WITSML and real-time operations is a strong advantage.Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical insights into customer value. Clients consistently praise our team's responsiveness and partnership mindset.Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus). Confident working with multinational clients as a trusted technical counterpart.Mindset: Proactive, curious, and self-driven.
