We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Group Leader to inspire and support young individuals in their personal and academic development. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of youth, fostering their growth, confidence, and resilience within a supportive community environment.Key Responsibilities:Build trusting relationships with youth through active listening, encouragement, and mentorshipProvide guidance and support to help young people set and achieve personal, educational, and career goalsDevelop and implement engaging activities and programs that promote positive developmentMonitor and assess the progress of mentees, providing feedback and additional support as neededCollaborate with families, schools, and community organizations to ensure holistic support for menteesMaintain accurate records of interactions, progress, and program participationPromote a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participantsJoin our team and contribute to creating a positive impact in the lives of young people.
