Operations Associate – Annuities Premier Group (Hybrid) Location: United States, Charlotte, NC Organization: Equitable Schedule: Full‑time About the Role Equitable seeks a dynamic Operations Associate to join our Annuities Premier Group. This hybrid-position requires 2–3 days on‑site per week in Charlotte, NC and focuses on partnering with external wholesalers and IR service teams to provide white‑glove service to top financial advisors. What You’ll Be Doing Liaison between an external wholesaler team in a specified division and the IR service team to handle service and new business cases for top financial advisors. Deliver white‑glove service to top advisors, enhancing sales and service experience. Help alleviate pressure from the service center and enable the sales team to focus on new opportunities. Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $48,000 – $50,000 per year. Base pay varies by skills, experience, and location. Additional compensation may include performance base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short‑term incentive opportunities, subject to business and functional area eligibility. Qualifications Prior customer service experience with superior customer service skills. Knowledge of insurance and the financial market is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a highly structured environment. Research and effective use of available product resources. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including clear phone communication and analytical problem solving. Rapid learning of detailed information. Ability to multitask and use multiple systems simultaneously. Strong work ethic, commitment, and engagement. High professionalism and an inclusive, collaborative work style. Exceptional quality and service focus, highly productive and performance‑driven. Adaptability and resilience to changes and varying situations. Management of a heavy call volume in a sedentary workspace; required to sit at a workstation with the telephone for >90% of the day. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Skills Effective Presentations: Knowledge of presentation tools and techniques; ability to present to groups with appropriate formality. Listening: Ability to gather, clarify, and apply information transmitted verbally, with genuine interest in the speaker. Managing Multiple Priorities: Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, or activities and prioritize effectively.
