As a Loan Production Specialist, you\'ll play acritical role in delivering an exceptional lending experience for ourCommercial and Ag customers. You\'ll be the trusted connector betweenour clients and lending teams, guiding loans from application throughclosing with accuracy, care, and confidence. By expertly managingdocumentation, contingencies, and complex transactions, you\'ll ensureevery loan closes smoothly, on time, and in alignment with regulatoryrequirements and bank policies. This role is ideal for someone whothrives on details, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride inproviding outstanding service that supports long-term customerrelationships and business growth. The home office is flexible based outone of our Lake Ridge Bank communities. Provide support to LoanProduction Associates on all loan production duties. Train new andexisting Loan Production department staff. Manage lender\'s loanrenewals and new loan requests & complete due diligence to prepare forunderwriting and approval. Re-verify that credit request has up-to-dateinformation to determine proper loan documents required for the loanclosing based on the approval and loan product. Verify all supportingdocumentation to verify owners & authorized signers, accurate addresses,collateral descriptions and proper insurance. Work with Lender forcollection of any outstanding loan approval contingencies. Verify andaccurately input codes including but not limited to product code, classcode, purpose code, part 365 code, aggregate debt, new money, collateralcodes, LTV and appraised value. Review final appraisal or real estatevaluation. Properly validate notices are provided to clients whenapplicable. Adjust documentation in file for updated values. Coordinateand schedule closings with Lender and other members of the team asappropriate. Work with third party individuals as needed such asinsurance agents, title companies and financials to obtain payoffs, whenapplicable.
