Full-time Traveling Full Service Representative (Hire Ahead), Southeast TexasThe Traveling FSR is responsible for filling staffing needs at the following locations: Port Arthur, Beaumont, Lumberton, Nederland, Bridge City, and Orange. Candidate must be available to work Monday-Friday 6:45am - 6:15pm and rotating Saturdays 8:45am - 1:30pm. Normal schedule will be Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, rotating Saturdays 8:45am-1:30pm. Professionally assists and serves members in a wide range of services. This position will travel as an FSR/Teller to any FivePoint Branch. Interviews, takes applications, and prepares loans for credit approval. Completes loan processing, servicing, and disbursements as needed. Responsible for performing a variety of member services such as opening and closing accounts, renewing term share accounts and assisting members with bookkeeping and checking account problems. Answers member questions regarding Credit Union services provided and performs a variety of account maintenance. Attends to telephone inquires and transactions for members. Assumes responsibility for the effective performance of loan interviews, processing, and clerical support functions. Assumes responsibility for the effective and professional performance of member service functions. Assumes responsibility for efficient, effective, and accurate performance of teller functions, as needed. Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective and professional business relationships with members. Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective coordination and communication and working relationships with area personnel and with management. Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned. High school graduate or equivalent. General knowledge of financial products and services. Understanding of loan interview procedures. Previous experience with a full-service financial institution helpful. Excellent communication and public relations skills. Good organization skills and attentive to detail. Ability to operate related computer applications and other business equipment including 10-key and telephone. Proficient typing/data entry abilities.
