Porter

DescriptionAs a Porter you will be responsible for general cleaning of multiple sites each day. YOU MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSEWork Schedule: Friday-Sunday 5a-3pDuties:Responsible for being at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniformFollow all instructions for entering customer buildingPick up trash and empty trash binsClean windowsSweepingVerify cleaning log at the end of shiftPerforms all tasks as trained for the proper use and application of products and proper use of PPEProvide outstanding customer service at all timesAvailable for work schedules and/or assignments at the request of the customerEffectively interact and converse with customers and company personnelResolve customer complaints independently or with the aid of a supervisorContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededClean and maintain cleaning tools at the end of each dayAny other duties that may be assigned by the supervisorRequirementsRequirements:MUST have a valid Driver License and be able to drive.Physical Demands:Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds.Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods of time.Ability bend, reach, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
