Technical Training Consultant

Organize, prepare and/or conduct (complex) training, curricula, and/or educational programs for business unit or organization. Design, develop, deliver and evaluate courses, programs, systems and services to support organizational technical training system needs and ensure effectiveness and compliance. Serve as a technical expert in all phases of course design and delivery. Provide support, development, and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers. This individual will be part of the Quality team supporting implementation with a focus on quality deliverables and meeting timelines.Education: Bachelor's degree required.Experience: Minimum 7 years of related technical experience required or in assigned functional area to include fully successful completion of most recent competency assessment, if applicable.Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in instructional systems design (IDD) or education required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to learn quickly and come up to speed on new items quickly.Experiience with Blood Blanking, Blood Management or Biomedical Services HIGHLY PREFERREDProven ability to present information to groups of various sizes. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or applicable software applications. Ability to work on a team.Travel: Available for travel as required by the Project (limited)
