Job Title: Information Technology Project ManagerLocation: Irving, Texas, United StatesType: Full TimeOur Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager II – Information Technology to lead and deliver complex IT initiatives within a structured PMO environment. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving successful outcomes across enterprise-level implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end IT projects following established PMO methodologies and best practicesDefine and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resourcesOversee multiple medium to large-scale projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfactionAnalyze and interpret business requirements, vendor SOWs, and project documentationDevelop and maintain key project artifacts, including:Project CharterDetailed Project PlansBudget TrackersRACI matricesStatus reports and executive presentationsEstablish and monitor critical path milestones, reporting progress to leadership and steering committeesIdentify risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with PMO policies, governance standards, and audit requirementsFacilitate planning and design sessions to clearly define scope and deliverablesCoordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders for successful project executionTraining & Implementation SupportPartner with training teams and vendors to ensure user readiness and successful system adoptionOversee creation and maintenance of user documentation and training materialsEnsure end-user training and competency validation prior to go-liveSupport go-live readiness, including super-user enablement and ongoing support planningRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in IT environmentsMinimum 4+ years of experience in IT project managementProven experience working on technology project teams and requirements gatheringStrong understanding of project lifecycle, budgeting, and schedulingAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervisionExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in large, multi-site or healthcare environmentsExperience with clinical system implementations (Epic, Meditech preferred)Background in clinical or healthcare settings (nice to have)PMP or PMI certification strongly preferredWhat We’re Looking ForA proactive leader with the ability to drive complex projects independentlyStrong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and process complianceAbility to engage and align cross-functional teams and stakeholdersA results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, structured PMO environment
