Ohio Licensed Payroll Accountant

A company is looking for a Temporary Payroll Accountant to support its payroll accounting function during a critical period. Key Responsibilities Prepare payroll-related journal entries and record them in NetSuite Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations in Blackline and resolve variances Process biweekly Canadian payroll for two legal entities while ensuring compliance Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in payroll accounting with exposure to payroll operations and general ledger accounting Hands-on experience with NetSuite and/or Blackline or similar ERP platforms Solid understanding of payroll compliance, including US federal and state requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred; CPA or CPP designation is a plus Experience with Canadian payroll is a strong plus
