Tennessee FINRA Licensed Representative
A company is looking for a Client Service Excellence Representative (FINRA Licensed) to assist clients with their account-related needs.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients via inbound phone calls with a variety of financial inquiries, including account maintenance and issue resolution
Provide empathetic support and solutions while anticipating client needs and fostering trust
Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the client and crew experience through strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3+ years of customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience with strong interpersonal skills
Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree
Strong sense of ownership for client outcomes and a proactive approach to client service
A desire for stability and a commitment to building a long-term career in client service
