About the Opportunity:The Application Developer I role is designed for an aspiring technology professional eager to develop programming skills and contribute to improving business operations through application development. This position supports the design, testing, and maintenance of core systems, playing a key role in enhancing the organization''s technical capabilities and operational success.3. Responsibilities:Learn coding languages to support core systems through various educational resources.Complete training assignments to enhance coding skills.Review, design, program, and implement solutions using third and fourth generation programming languages.Collaborate with technical staff and business partners to understand system platforms, APIs, and databases.Perform object-oriented and structured programming based on business needs.Assist senior technical staff in analyzing, designing, and documenting system integrations.Analyze user requirements and develop technical design specifications.Evaluate application development data to improve performance.Prepare test scenarios and collaborate with quality assurance to validate programs.Support troubleshooting of core system issues alongside senior developers.Maintain knowledge of relevant state and federal compliance laws.Perform additional duties as assigned.4. Requirements:Associate’s Degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science.Minimum 2 years of systems analysis experience in the financial industry.5.
