Regional Vice President
OverviewThe company is seeking a seasoned, relationship-driven Regional Vice President (RVP) to expand sales efforts across the West Coast. This role is ideal for a player-coach with deep ETF expertise, strong advisor relationships, and a proven ability to both produce and elevate a growing sales team.The RVP will be responsible for expanding company footprint with RIAs, Family Offices, and independent broker-dealers while helping scale a high-performing distribution platform during a critical growth phase.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow assets under management across the West Coast territoryDevelop, maintain, and deepen relationships with RIAs, broker dealers, family offices, and institutional advisorsServe as a player-coach, balancing direct production with mentoring and supporting junior sales talentLead territory strategy, including prioritization of key firms, platforms, and gatekeepersRepresent company ETFs in roadshows, due diligence meetings, conferences, and advisor eventsPartner closely with internal sales, capital markets, and marketing teams to drive effective executionDeliver clear, compliant product positioning and portfolio construction insights to advisorsProvide ongoing market intelligence, competitive insights, and feedback to senior leadershipEnsure adherence to all regulatory, compliance, and firm policiesQualifications & ExperienceClient Series 7 and Series 63 required (Series 65/66 a plus)7–10+ years of experience in ETF, asset management, or investment distributionDemonstrated success in an external wholesaler or regional management rolePrior experience in a player-coach or team leadership capacity strongly preferredDeep understanding of ETF structure, trading dynamics, liquidity, and portfolio applicationsSubstantial existing advisor relationships across the West CoastStrong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage sophisticated advisorsSelf-starter mindset with high accountability and entrepreneurial energy
