Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service support. The Client Relationship Representative will also focus on sales efforts, provide necessary training to clients, and act as a key communicator between the company and clients to address inquiries or feedback.QualificationsProficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to address client needs effectivelyStrong Communication skills for engaging with clients and supporting their needsExperience in Sales and ability to identify and pursue new opportunitiesSkills in Training to onboard and support clients in understanding the platformStrong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle client concerns professionallyPreferred experience in the social media, technology, or related industryAbility to adapt to a hybrid work environment and collaborate effectively in a teamAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial
