We aim to support diverse business needs with solutions that others simply can't provide.Role DescriptionThis fully-remote role will start as a Contractor position (1099) and will soon become a permanent position (W2). The Head of Compliance will be responsible for overseeing and managing all regulatory compliance matters, ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations. Key tasks include developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, conducting regular risk assessments, and providing compliance training to staff. This role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and working closely with other departments to ensure compliance.QualificationsExperience in Compliance Management and Legal ComplianceStrong understanding of Regulatory Compliance and relevant industry RegulationsExcellent Analytical SkillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively with multiple departmentsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in high-risk industries is a plus
