This role involves working on 5G and LTE architectures , lab testing, and evaluating new wireless solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and evaluate Wireless RAN and 5G architecture, infrastructure, and productsBuild and validate proof of concepts (POCs) for new technologiesPerform lab testing, validation, and field trials for wireless solutionsAnalyze new technology trends and assess their impact on wireless strategyDevelop test plans for functional and performance validationIntegrate hardware, software, and network protocols into complete solutionsWork on network virtualization, security, and IoT-related architecturesCollaborate with vendors to test and validate firmware, software, and hardwareDevelop tools, processes, and automation frameworks for testingProvide technical leadership and mentoring to team membersEnsure timely delivery of projects and provide regular status updatesRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong experience with 5G and 4G LTE technologiesDeep understanding of RAN architecture (gNB / eNB)Knowledge of protocol layers (L1, PHY, MAC, RRC)Familiarity with OFDM, modulation, synchronization, and random accessHands-on experience in lab environments and wireless testingExperience with RF tools:Spectrum AnalyzerSignal GeneratorNetwork AnalyzerPower MeterKnowledge of:vRAN, MIMO, GPS/PTP timing & synchronizationRouting, switching, and network securityNice to HaveExperience with virtualization and cloud platformsExposure to IoT architectures and wireless applicationsAutomation tools/frameworks for testingSoft SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to lead projects and mentor team membersAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills
