Data Coordinator II
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Coordinator II to support calibration and asset management activities across Bay Area sites (Pleasanton and Santa Clara), with primary responsibility at the Santa Clara location.This role focuses on maintaining accurate calibration records, coordinating vendor services, supporting audits, and ensuring effective tracking and reporting of laboratory equipment and data. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, data handling experience, and exposure to regulated environments such as biopharma, biotech, or medical devices.🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain electronic and physical calibration records for laboratory instruments and equipmentProcess data and review documentation related to calibration and qualification (commissioning/validation)Perform data entry into asset management systems (Blue Mountain RAM, SAP, ASPIRE)Generate calibration and maintenance reports and track status updatesCoordinate shipping, receiving, and tracking of equipment sent to external vendorsSchedule vendor services and support onsite visitsTrack purchase orders, costs, and related metricsEscort vendors within controlled laboratory environmentsSupport internal and external auditsAssist with data dashboards, KPI tracking, reporting, and analysisPerform additional duties as assigned✅ Minimum QualificationsEducation & Experience:Associate’s or Bachelor’s degreeMinimum 5 years of experience in biopharma, biotech, or medical device industrySkills & Requirements:Strong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google SheetsExperience with asset management systems preferredExposure to laboratory instrumentation, calibration, and qualification preferred
