Responsibilities include top-level management of client relationships and tax engagements, ensuring the highest standards of individual, fiduciary, and gift tax compliance and planning. Experience in international tax planning and compliance for individuals is highly desired. The role also involves supervising the personal tax advisory group's management team and engaging in their career development. The ideal Vice President for the personal tax advisory practice at the company will be highly experienced, motivated, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously. They will be responsible for the overall client experience and will take on larger and more complex client assignments in the individual tax specialty area.
