This is a hands-on role requiring strong architectural expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor developers and drive engineering excellence.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using the MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).Lead technical design, architecture, and solution discussions.Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Mentor developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.Drive code quality, performance optimization, and engineering best practices.Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Identify technical risks, troubleshoot complex production issues, and drive resolutions.Required Experience:8+ years of software development experience with strong MEAN Stack expertise.Proficiency in Angular, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, TypeScript, JavaScript, REST APIs, and Microservices.Experience designing scalable, high-performance, distributed applications.Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, security, and performance optimization.Experience leading engineering teams and mentoring developers.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-native development.Ideal Candidate:Hands-on technical leader passionate about solving complex engineering challenges.Strong ownership mindset, driving projects from design to production.Excellent mentor with the ability to influence technical decisions and elevate team performance.Effective communicator who balances technical leadership with hands-on development.
