Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Shift Notes:: Clarksburg, WV; Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with possible rotation of 1 weekend day per month. Cover Doddridge, Lewis, Upshur, Barbour and the southern portion of Harrison County. Certifications required: BLS (AHA) EMR:: EPIC License:: Compact state license or WV state license and need Active drivers license Deal breakers: Must have Home Health experience 1 yr or greater Must have experience with OASIS patients treated per day: 5-6 visits in 8 hours.
