The team has tremendous deal flow and is growing their Underwriting Team. They need someone who can price confidently, move fast and drive deals through final underwriting to funding. What We're Looking For Experience5+ years underwriting MCA / revenue-based financing and/or small business loans in a high-volume settingStrong track record pricing deals (not just following automated outputs)Comfortable owning decisions and moving files quickly with urgencySkillsStrong bank statement/cash flow analysis and risk instinctsAbility to balance competitiveness with credit disciplineExcellent merchant-facing communication and customer serviceHigh pace, high accountability, low-ego team styleEducation Bachelor's degree preferred (Finance/Accounting/Business/Math). Equivalent experience is fine. Location Onsite near Red Bank, NJ (Monmouth County / Jersey Shore-Bayshore region; commuter-friendly area with Client access to NYC). Common commutable areas include Matawan/Aberdeen, Holmdel/Lincroft, Middletown/Atlantic Highlands, Keyport/Union Beach, and surrounding towns.
