Schedule: MondayFriday, 6:00 AM
5:00 PM (approx. 45 hours/week, guaranteed overtime)

What You'll Be Doing
Stain, paint, and finish custom wood cabinets to a high-quality standard
Prepare surfaces for finishing, including sanding and paint prep
Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet expectations before shipping
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
Work at your own workstation building and finishing cabinet components
Help oversee the finishing area and support/train entry-level finishers as needed
Assist where needed to keep projects on track
What We're Looking For
1+ year of wood finishing experience (cabinetry or similar wood products)
Experience staining, painting, and surface preparation
Comfortable applying stain by rag and achieving consistent finishes
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to use hand tools and power tools confidently
Cabinetry experience is a strong plus

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mitchell, SD.
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
