DescriptionWe are hiring a Client Service Coordinator for our Core Publishing Solutions team. This Client Service Coordinator monitors and manages CPS production jobs through production and shipping. Not a hybrid position.About the RoleIn this opportunity as a Production Coordinator, you will:Interpret and evaluate information to identify customer-specific requirements for production order.Monitor all Must-Ship and Critical Ship dates, communicate when these are on time or in jeopardyCreate client specific reports for data.File Management of print and client files for InsiteInvoicing and other revenue trackingCoordinate with Client Service Representative, TR Buyers, TR Schedulers, and Production Leaders for information for clientsUnderstand customer service and quality expectations.
