The RN will provide critical care to infants, children, and adolescents with serious or life-threatening conditions. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to critically ill pediatric patients Monitor patient condition, vital signs, and response to treatment Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Operate and manage life-support equipment Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team for patient care plans Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC system Requirements Minimum 2 years of PICU experience Active RN License (California or Compact) BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – Required PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – Required Experience with EPIC charting system
