Under general direction, the role performs complex professional and analytical duties to provide staff assistance to department directors and other senior level management personnel. The position conducts special studies and assignments across a variety of administrative and operational procedures and topics, often with department wide, cross departmental, and major financial impact, and prepares clear written reports while presenting recommendations to senior management and internal and external groups.
