Our team is looking to add one more, an experienced industry professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. We're seeking a machinist that's capable of taking a job from raw stock to final inspection, primarily small lot sizes with multiple machining operations. Our facility utilizes Hurco milling centers, Prototrak and Okuma lathes, Sodick wire EDM machines, as well as standard manual machines. Our ideal candidate would be familiar with conversational milling or G-Code, with flexibility and room for growth throughout the shop. Job Title: CNC Machinist Job Description: · Self-motivated · Excellent mechanical aptitude · Be able to work all aspects of a given job with little to no assistance · Capable of running multiple operations to achieve maximum productivity · Fully comprehend blueprints · Comfortable with material & tool selection · Self-perform job setups · Fixturing or work holding · Write/read G/M-Code and/or conversational programs · Familiar with mill and turning operations · Programming and manufacturing approach · Understand inspection techniques and can use precision measurement devices · Perform regular machine maintenance · Maintain a clean/safe working environment Qualifications: · 5+ years of machine industry experience (Required) Benefits: · Fully covered health insurance · 401(k) · 401(k) matching · Paid time off · Paid holidays · Hourly Pay (based on experience and working knowledge) · Compensation rate will be generated based on starting knowledge and ability to perform the job.
