Job OverviewJob Title: Quality ManagerLocation: Tampa, FLThis position is pending contract award.Job ResponsibilitiesTrace Systems is actively recruiting for a Quality Manager to support the EAGLE-I contract in Tampa, FL.The Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToLeads the program’s Quality Management Plan (QMP) for the C2ISR Transport effort, integrating quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) across engineering, T&E, deployments, logistics, and PMO reporting.Establishes standards, templates, and gate criteria. Audits lab/site builds, configuration baselines, documentation packages, and vendor/teaming deliverables for compliance with the TO, Section F CDRLs, ISO 9001/CMMI practices, and RMF/CM evidence expectations.Defines KPIs and dashboards, briefs risk/quality trends to the PM/DPM and Government.Coordinates with KM/Portal for records and with Ops for continuous monitoring;ensuring a living QMP that adapts as processes change.Other duties as requiredMinimum QualificationsSecret security clearanceB.S. OR 10 years Quality Management experience, including extensive experience ensuring Program Quality Manager compliance for continued ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001 Certification and CMMIPossesses Lead Auditor ISO certificationsPossesses ITILv4 certificationStrong capabilities with Microsoft 365 Suite and Microsoft ProjectDesired QualificationB.S AND 10 years Quality Management experienceDesired: ITIL v4, Lead Auditor ISO certificationsEducationB.S.
