Care Navigator / AdministratorSalary: £25,350 paFull-time - PermanentMonday - Friday, 0900-1730We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our friendly team at Path House Medical Practice in the role of Care Navigator/Administrator. We are a busy GP Practice with a list size of over 17,200 patients. Our team includes 9 GP Partners, 1 Salaried GP, a long-term GP Locum, 3 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, 2 Practice Nurses and a Health Care Assistant. They are supported by a highly experienced Administrative and Secretarial Team, which we are now looking to expand.As the first point of contact within the Practice, the successful applicant must demonstrate a welcoming and professional manner. We are seeking someone who is forward thinking, highly motivated, and possesses excellent organisational and communication skills.
