Job Title 5+ years of strong experience in AppDynamics administration, agent installation, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting. 3-5+ years of good working experience with AppDynamics Synthetics monitoring. Working knowledge of general observability practices and concepts. Knowledge on GCP services, SLO, SLI, and Error budget. Working experience in configuring Business transaction rules, Service End points, Information points and Remote services. Hands on experience in configuring AppDynamics database and machine agent extensions. Experience in languages Python, Shell or any other. Experience with GitOps and automation tools like Jenkins, Harness, or equivalent. Experience with any of the tools like quantum metrics, mPulse, NewRelic is a plus. Experience with one or more of Prometheus, Grafana, Alert Manager is an advantage.
