In-House Content Creator & Videographer (Construction / Real Estate)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for recording, editing, and publishing short-form video content that showcases our projects, process, and craftsmanship. Your work should directly contribute to: Increased brand visibility Higher-quality client inquiries Consistent weekly content output If you only like filming cinematic videos once in a while, this is not the role. We need someone who can produce consistent, fast, high-quality content every week. Key ResponsibilitiesContent Capture Film active construction projects on-site (homes, remodels, job progress) Record short-form vertical video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Capture before/after shots, walkthroughs, and client testimonials Coordinate quick on-site recordings with the owner or project team Editing & Production Edit short-form videos with captions, music, and clean pacing Deliver multiple finished videos per week Maintain a clean, premium visual style aligned with high-end construction Posting & Organization Schedule and publish content across social platforms Organize footage and maintain a simple content library Track which videos perform best and adjust accordingly Required Skills Experience filming and editing vertical social media video Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and short-form trends Ability to edit quickly and meet weekly content deadlines Reliable transportation to visit job sites in LA & Ventura County Professional communication and punctuality Preferred (Strong Plus) Experience in construction, real estate, or architecture content Basic photography skills Drone footage experience Ability to suggest content ideas, hooks, or trends Understanding of branding and premium visual presentation Performance Expectations Consistent weekly filming at active job sites Delivery of multiple edited videos per week Reliable turnaround times Clear communication with the team This role is measured by content consistency and quality, not just effort.
