Ensure engineers effectively balance feature development, technical debt reduction, and bug fixes to optimize sprint outcomes.Deadlock Escalation & Resolution: Identify and track architectural bottlenecks, resource constraints, and complex cross-team dependencies. Escalate hard blockers to Leadership or core stakeholders to minimize pipeline idle time.Stakeholder & Release Communication: Manage communications with dependent internal and external teams impacted by application releases.
