Psychiatrist Adults Only (Oshkosh, WI) Specialty: Adult PsychiatryPatient Population: Adults onlyWe are seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Adult Psychiatrist to provide locums inpatient Behavioral Health coverage in Oshkosh, WI. This role includes daytime inpatient rounding with overnight call coverage. Providers may also assist with adult cross-coverage at Ascension St. Elizabeth (Appleton) as needed. Assignment Details Location: Oshkosh, WIPatient Population: Adults only (no pediatrics)Shift Times:• Day Shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM• Night Call: 5:00 PM 8:00 AM (remote call)7 on 7 off schedule Unit Capacity: 15 beds (max census)Average Daily Rounding Census: 8 12 adult patientsAverage Admissions: 1 2 per shift Night Call Expectations Average 5 6 calls per nightAddress patient status changes, medication questions, and new admissions as neededCalls may come from Mercy and/or adult patients at St. Elizabeth Requirements BC/BE Psychiatrist (Adult or General Psychiatry)Comfortable with inpatient behavioral healthAbility to cross-cover adult patients at St. Elizabeth if neededWisconsin license or willingness to obtain Summary This is an excellent locums opportunity for Adult Psychiatrists seeking a consistent schedule in a lower-volume behavioral health unit. Providers will primarily support the adult inpatient unit at Mercy Hospital with optional adult-only cross-coverage at the Appleton location.
