Position: Software Engineer (Java, .NET, C/C++ ) Location: Boston, MA - onsite Duration: long Term Contract Primary Skills: Java Developer, .Net Developer, C++, integration, COTS Strategic leader responsible for driving GitHub Copilot adoption across the organization's technology landscape, with focus on legacy systems (60-70% Java, .NET, C/C++, scripting) and COTS integration. Key Responsibilities Assessment & Strategy: Conduct ground-level requirements analysis with development teams to identify Copilot adoption opportunitiesQuarterly Implementation: Lead end-to-end Copilot feature deployment and custom agent creation within quarterly milestonesLegacy System Focus: Develop adoption strategies specifically for Java, .NET, C/C++, and scripting environments, build in legacy frameworksStakeholder Engagement: Interface with technical teams, architects, and management to drive change managementAgent Development Oversight: Define requirements and oversee creation of custom Copilot agents for COTS and legacy systemsSuccess Metrics: Establish KPIs and measure adoption success across diverse technology stacksTraining & Enablement: Design and implement organization-wide Copilot training programs Required Skills 8+ years in technical leadership rolesDeep experience with Java, .NET, C/C++ environmentsGitHub Copilot adoption and custom agent implementation experienceStrong consultative and communication skillsProject management expertise
