Description:We are seeking a skilled and dependable Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, and commercial restaurant equipment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and EPA certified, with strong troubleshooting abilities and a commitment to quality service.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)Service and repair commercial refrigeration equipment, including walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, and ice machinesTroubleshoot and repair restaurant equipment such as fryers, grills, ovens, steamers, and dishwashersPerform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency and longevityAccurately document service work, parts used, and recommendationsCommunicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, timelines, and maintenance needsFollow safety procedures, manufacturer guidelines, and company policiesMaintain service vehicle, tools, and inventory in a professional mannerBenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceCompany vehicle and toolsHealth insurance and paid time offOngoing training and certification opportunitiesRequirements:QualificationsValid EPA Certification (required)Proven experience in HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial kitchen equipment repairStrong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skillsAbility to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manualsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to work independently and manage service calls efficientlyStrong customer service and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsTrade school or technical trainingExperience with gas, electric, and steam-powered equipmentOEM or manufacturer certificationsOn-call or after-hours service availabilityPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to stand, kneel, bend, and work in tight or hot environmentsAbility to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
